Frank Voce is a police officer with nine years of service, a former college athlete, and a dedicated advocate for first responders' mental and physical well-being. After overcoming personal struggles and finding strength through recovery, Frank founded Reps For Responders, a 501(c)(3) organization providing support for first responders facing anxiety, depression, or addiction. Frank's mission is to inspire others to grow stronger each day—physically, mentally, and spiritually. A proud husband and father, Frank has been in recovery from alcohol since September 2019.

With 6 years of law enforcement experience and a masters degree in mental health, Nick offers a unique look into struggles first responders face. Currently, Nick is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) who provides individual therapy to first responders and the general public who are struggling with their mental health and or substance abuse.
In therapy, Nick uses different therapeutic techniques that offer valuable tools for addressing diverse client needs, fostering motivation, and building a strong therapeutic alliance. These therapeutic techniques include CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and a Person-Centered Approach is used in therapy. CBT helps with structured problem-solving, MI supports behavior change, and a person-centered approach ensures that therapy is empathetic and tailored to the individual’s unique experiences.
